We can’t guarantee bookings. But every participating host gets another potential route for travelers to reach their website.

Can guests book directly?
Yes, through your website and existing booking system. Pleasant Street does not process bookings.
Do you charge commissions?
No. Listing is free and Pleasant Street does not charge booking commissions.
Do I need a LAZY website?
No. All eligible independent vacation rental websites are welcome, regardless of who built them.
Can I update my property information?
Yes. Claim your house or email sandy@lazy.vacations with your listing link and proposed changes. Updates are reviewed before publication.
Will you publish my exact address?
No. We display your town or approximate location, rather than your exact street address.
Can I remove my property?
Yes. Email sandy@lazy.vacations with your listing link and a removal request. Requests are processed manually.
How will you bring visitors?
Our plans include Google and Facebook advertising, destination promotion, partnerships with travel communities and businesses, and participating hosts sharing the collection.
Will I get additional bookings?
We cannot guarantee bookings. Pleasant Street provides another place for travelers to discover your property and reach your website.
What’s the worst that can happen?
Your free listing may not generate additional bookings. Your existing website and booking arrangements remain unchanged.
