## Support

*We host your website and maintain the services behind it.*

Here is everything that comes with your LAZY website, so you can focus on your guests.

- **Hosting and maintenance.** We host your website and keep it running, so you never deal with servers or updates.
- **Help from a real person.** When something doesn’t work, you write to us. You talk to a person, who is a host too.
- **Your editor.** Change your text, photos, reviews and the whole look of your website yourself, for as long as you are with us.
- **New features.** New editor features reach your website as they come out, at no extra cost.
- **AI assistant.** An assistant trained on your home answers guest questions about the place, your house rules and the local area, day and night. It does not take bookings.
- **Reviews.** We bring your reviews over from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or Google. You pin, edit or hide them.
- **Review requests.** Email a guest a link to leave a review. The review waits, hidden, until you approve it.
- **Inquiries.** Guests can send you questions and booking requests from your website, straight to your inbox.
- **Coupons.** A welcome offer with a coupon code can pop up for new visitors. You set the discount and when it appears.
- **Booking connection.** We connect Hospitable, Guesty, Lodgify or OwnerRez to your website, or send guests to your Airbnb listing.
- **Local guide.** A guide to the places near your home, filled in for you, which you can add to and change.
- **Your web address.** A free lazy.vacations address, or your own domain if you have one, set up so search engines can find you.
- **Your account.** A simple account page for your settings and billing, and easy cancellation.

First month free, then $50/month, and $25/month for each additional property. No credit card to start.

## Who built LAZY?

Me.

I’m Sandy, I live in San Francisco. I’m a UX designer.

I used to work for small businesses. Over the years, I’ve worked with more than a dozen low-code and no-code website builders, and I kept running into the same problem: none of them did exactly what I wanted.

And my requirements weren’t unreasonable.

**Can I control the entire design easily?** Colors, fonts, spacing, layout, everything. Change the design once and have it update everywhere. Keep the formatting consistent. Keep things exactly where I put them, on desktop, on mobile, and preferably tomorrow too.

**Is the content easy to edit?** I wanted a proper place to write descriptions, upload photos, and rearrange sections without chasing elements around a preview. I wanted my clients, the business owners, to make their own changes without calling a web designer every time.

**Does it have tools for the trade?** Every business has its own needs. A massage studio needs an appointment calendar. A design studio needs a serious portfolio. A vacation rental needs booking, maps, galleries, amenities, and property descriptions. I wanted those tools built in, working together, and easy to manage.

I didn’t find that tool.

For a few years I worked a fairly boring corporate job and stopped thinking about supertools, small businesses, and web design.

But you never know what’s around the bend. Five years ago, through some strange circumstances, I became the owner of an old house in Maine, of all places, on the other side of the country. I came for a week and ended up spending four months fixing it up. To keep the place alive, I put it on Airbnb. I’d always been a huge fan.

Of course I joined host groups, and right away I met every host’s big dream: direct booking. Hosts complained about Airbnb, wished they had their own place on the internet, and struggled to find a simple way to build one.

And it all came back around. Suddenly I was my own target audience, the small business that needed a good low-code tool.

I tried them all again: Webflow, Framer, Squarespace, Lodgify’s website builder, Wix, and a couple more. Nope, still bad.

So I built LAZY. Hopefully, I can make a few hosts a little less stressed. Together, we might make the internet a little less ugly.
